it’s a kind of magic

When my daughter is having a bath she likes having bubbles. She loves watching them float around and tries to catch them. Sometimes they pop (obviously) but really rather regularly they don’t. Somehow she is able  to catch them and hold them in her hands. How? My boyfriend and I have tried but with no success. Not even once.

I’ve been having a bit of a stressful time at work over the last couple of weeks.  Coming home to my little girl makes it bearable though. Tonight when I got home she let out a squeal and charged towards me to say hello. Suddenly all the stress of the day just melted away.  A cuddle and a torrent of raspberry blowing are all it takes to put life in perspective again.

I think my daughter may have actual magical powers.
